The Shimano Alfine S500 chain tensioner allows you to use a singlespeed drivetrain on a frame designed to be used with a derailleur. The S500 tensioner has a 20 tooth rear sprocket meximum and a 41.8 mm chainline. Includes washers that allow for adjustments of the chainline by 5 mm. Available in black and silver.
