Cyclocrossworld ships all packages within the Continental US via US Postal Service. We only ship with priority mail that provide the ability to track a package, and the ability to insure your package.
We do our best to ship products in a timely fashion. If all of the items you ordered are in stock in our primary warehouse, and we receive your order by 2 P.M., your order will ship out the same day. If not all of your items are in our primary warehouse, we will get your order to you as soon as we can. Please note that due to COVID-19 related issues, our processing times may increase and once the order is given to USPS we have no control of their processing time. The approximate shipping times are a reference. Orders placed after 5 P.M. will be treated as being placed on the next business day.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees for their order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Due to government restrictions, we are unable to devalue or mark a lower price on any customs paperwork, please don’t ask.

Cyclocrossworld accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be unused and unopened and in the original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange. Returned items not in meeting these criteria will be refused and refunds will not be authorized. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned items and verification that they meet return criteria. All returns must be accompanied by the original order invoice.
Absolutely no returns of mounted or glued tubular tires will be accepted. Absolutely no returns of nutrition products will be accepted, regardless of whether or not they have been opened.
Cyclocrossworld will refund shipping charges on orders shipped in error or orders that have a valid warranty claim. Return shipping costs on returns for reasons other than defective product or shipments in error will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted.
Cyclocrossworld will process any warranty claims with the manufacturer for you. Please treat your warranty claim as if it were a return. Warranty claims will be evaluated by the Cyclocrossworld staff to verify the warranty claim. If covered under warranty, items may be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer’s discretion. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original order invoice.
To process a return, please log into your account and select the order containing the products which you would like to return. Click the “Return/Exchange” button and be sure to include as much information about the nature of your return as possible. Please include your reason for returning the item, the number of each item that you are returning, and any specific issues the item may have. Please ship your item(s) back to us at the following address and we will process your request as soon as possible.
