If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective or in error, you must notify our shipping department within 30 days of date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or credit. All returns must comply with our 30 day policy. We reserve the right to refuse any product that is beyond the 30 day limit. We will not accept any item that has been installed or used. All returned items must be received in an unused condition with it's original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. We will refund or credit you once we have inspected them to be sure that they are in new condition and have not been installed or used. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any return. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we made an error on your order we will gladly cover the return UPS Ground or US Postal shipping charges upon receipt of the item.

Absolutely NO returns on glued tubulars.

Cyclocrossworld stands behind all manufacturers warranties. All items must be inspected by us and/or the manufacturer to be deemed a warranty. If covered under warranty, items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. All warranty items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. No exceptions.

You will then be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) for the item(s) to be returned. All items being returned must have the RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Cyclocrossworld may lower the price on any item at any time. Upon customer request we will offer 15 day price protection in the form of store credit of the difference in price. This may be used towards future purchases only.

Shipping Information:

Cyclocross World ships all packages within the Continental US via UPS unless the shipping address is a P.O. Box, AK, HI or a foreign address. In those cases Cyclocross World ships via the US Postal Service. We use UPS for good reasons - ability to track a package, insurance and their track record is by far better than the Postal Service. There is no free shipping. Please note all prices are subject to change.

We do our best to ship products in a timely fashion. Most orders that are recieved by 2pm will ship that day. If you place an order on a Friday and select UPS RED Label/Next Day Air, you will not recieve your order until Monday. If you absolutely need it for Saturday, please call us and we can prepare your order to ship via Next Day Air Saturday delivery.

If you are having your order shipped internationally please note the we DO NOT ship any packages via UPS Next day or 2 day. Please select USPS and the appropriate region. Should you select UPS, we will edit your selection and send it USPS. Once again there is NO free shipping.

Please note the charges for frames, bikes/kits and wheelsets are not based on dollar figure but rather box size and weight.

Please double check your shipping address. If it is not complete or accurate, UPS will charge a "re-direct" fee ($10.00) that we will have to pass on to you. If you are shipping to your office please be sure to include the name of your company and/or the floor and Mail Stop (if applicable) where you are located. If your order is returned for an insufficient address, we will have to charge you shipping again to re-send it.
